Humberto Martínez Cantú is an Industrial Engineer with more than 50 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. He has held leadership positions within INDEX Reynosa and has been a strong advocate for the maquiladora and export manufacturing sector in Mexico. In January 2024, he was sworn in as President of the National Council of the Maquiladora and Export Manufacturing Industry (INDEX Nacional) for the 2024–2025 term. As president, he focuses on strengthening Mexico’s competitiveness, promoting regulatory modernization, fostering talent development, and representing the interests of the export manufacturing industry before government and international stakeholders.

Juan Héctor Álgavarez – Director of Government Affairs at KIA Mexico, responsible for leading the company's governmental relations strategy, regulatory engagement, and public affairs. He plays a pivotal role in representing KIA’s interests with federal and state authorities, facilitating dialogue on policy, legislation, and automotive sector development in Mexico.

Cruz Pérez Cuéllar (born 16 January 1969 in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua) is a lawyer and seasoned Mexican politician affiliated with Morena (the National Regeneration Movement). He served as a federal deputy in the Mexican Congress (1994–1997 and 2006–2009), and was elected Senator for Chihuahua (2018–2021). On 6 June 2021, he assumed office as Municipal President (Mayor) of Ciudad Juárez, a term he currently holds following his reelection on 2 June 2024 with close to 60% of the vote. He is known for his long-standing public service in both legislative and municipal leadership roles.

Francisco N. Alan Russell is the Co-Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Tecma Group, a prominent Mexican nearshore and shelter-services provider. Since launching the company in 1986, he has expanded Tecma into a nationally respected leader, operating over 70 facilities across Mexico and offering integrated services—from shelter manufacturing and transportation to customs and warehousing. Beyond his leadership at Tecma, Alan is actively involved in civic and binational affairs. He serves on multiple boards supporting business, economic development, and health initiatives. Simon Hanna is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of FIBRA Macquarie México, a leading real estate investment trust (REIT) listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange. He assumed the CEO role in April 2022, succeeding Juan Monroy . Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Hanna served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of FIBRA Macquarie from July 2013 to April 2022. In this capacity, he led over $2 billion in capital markets activities and played a pivotal role in establishing MPA, FIBRA Macquarie’s internal property administration platform, as well as driving the development and execution of the organization's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy . Before joining FIBRA Macquarie, Mr. Hanna held significant positions within Macquarie Group. From March 2010 to July 2013, he served as CFO of the Macquarie Russia & CIS Infrastructure Fund. Rodrigo Contreras in January 2024 took on the responsibility of Global Director for Government Relations at Martinrea International. In this role he is responsible in maintaining key relationships with government agencies and officials in support of Martinrea Global Operations. Rodrigo joined Martinrea International in 2022 as Director for Government Relations focused on Mexico. Before working at Martinrea, Rodrigo was the former Trade & Investment Commissioner of Mexico to Canada (2015-2019), where he had the opportunity to forge close ties with business leaders from some of the most important industrial sectors in the Canada and Mexico relationship. During this government posting, he had the opportunity to collaborate as part of the negotiating team of the Small and Medium Enterprise Chapter of the USMCA, and as well, serve as liaison between leaders of the automotive sector of Mexico and Canada, and help push forward in the agreement the provisions relevant to the sector. From 2008 to 2011, Rodrigo held the positions of Executive Director for Investor Relations, taking part in the formation of what would become one of the most recognized Trade & Investment Promotion Agencies in the world: PROMEXICO. Rodrigo, as well served from 2000 to 2008 as an official of the Government of the State of Baja California, Mexico, responsible for leading the Technology Investment & Development Strategy of the State. Francisco Cervantes Díaz is a prominent Mexican businessman and the current President of the Consejo Coordinador Empresarial (CCE), Mexico's leading private sector organization. Wendy Rodríguez is a supply chain and materials management professional with over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing and electronics industries. She is currently Materials Manager at SMTC Corporation in Chihuahua, Mexico, where she leads material planning, inventory optimization, and supplier coordination. Her career includes key roles at Celestica, Eaton – Lighting, and Friedrich Air Conditioning, specializing in production planning, inventory control, and supply chain development. Wendy holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Studies from Universidad Lux Monterrey and a Bachelor’s Degree from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
